The Paddock does not run its own customer database. At checkout, Stripe collects the name, email, and shipping address needed to fulfil your order and processes your payment directly — we never see or store your card details. Prodigi, our print-on-demand fulfilment partner, receives only the shipping details and order contents needed to print and ship a physical piece.

We do not sell or share your personal data with anyone outside these two processors, and we do not run advertising pixels or set our own tracking cookies. Any cookies on this site are the ones Stripe Checkout itself sets to process your payment securely.

For access, correction, or deletion requests, write to paintedalways@gmail.com and we will honor them.

A commission carries the words and colors you type into it. We keep them only to make and fulfil that piece — they are never used to train anything, never sold, and never published as an example of our work without your say-so. Your cart lives in your own browser’s storage until you check out; clearing it clears the record.
